Game Summary:
Roof Sliders is a side scrolling strategy game, that you and your friends can play cooperatively online to solve every parkour challenge that Roof Sliders has to offer.
Each map has a start and end point. The game is essentially turn based strategy, so players have an infinite amount of time to plan their parkour route. Levels are riddled with obstacles to jump over, slide under, wall run on, and vault. Each player spends as much time as they need plotting out their path by using their finger to drag along the screen and literally draw a route.
Actions are done by certain drawing techniques. A quick swipe up will cause a jump, a slide down and undulating line will cause a slide. A dotted line along a wall will cause a wall run, a hook shaped line will try to grab a ledge, and bouncing lines back and fourth causes wall jumps.
At the start of the map you can slide your finger back and fourth along the bottom and right side of the screen to scope out the map. Once a route is drawn levels typically take 20 seconds to be ran through, which is simulated based on what players drew.
Each player presses the ready button when they think their route is good enough. If they both finish the map moves on to the next one. If one of the players fails they both start over. There are endless possibilities on how to complete each level of roof sliders. If you don't want to play with any of your friends, of course you can always play on your own. Towards the end of the game, levels will be very difficult, including dynamic moving platforms, which will make route drawing challenging.
